Xunta hostel (20, 8€) follow the Camino through the town, up a hill, through an archway and it's there on your left, on Rúa Patrocinio. Run down and not very clean. Open 13:00

With 2,000 inhabitants this is the biggest town you'll pass through between here and the coast. It has all facilities. Restaurante Casa Barqueiro has been recommended. Free internet access at the library. Fiestas San Cristóbal 10 July, Entroido 15 February.

It contains the same information about pilgrim hostels and pilgrim facilities as the full guide but it doesn't contain the maps, historical information, sights, etc. You can get a copy of the free guide to download in PDF format from our download page.
